Premier League Match Week 12 preview

After a long international break, Premier League fans all over the world can't wait for the action to resume. Week 12 promises tons of action with 7 games on Saturday. I would recommend staying at home that day to enjoy the best league on the planet.

Saturday, November 23

Leicester City vs Chelsea Kick off at 13:30 CET

Leicester City has been struggling as of late, securing only 1 point out of 9 in the last 3 games. They host a Chelsea side ranked 3rd on the table and in great form. The last time Leicester hosted Chelsea, they lost 3-1. This should be a fairly easy win for Maresca’s side, but nothing comes easy in the Premier League.

Then action resumes at 16:00 CET with 5 Matches:

Arsenal vs Nottingham Forest

Arsenal is in a terrible state right now, only winning 1 out of their last 5 matches. Arteta’s side can't seem to find goalscoring opportunities, and their strikers are playing awful. However, this is a great chance to redeem themselves and try catching up with Liverpool at the top of the table. They face the league's second-best defense in the form of Nottingham Forest, a team that's on fire lately, winning 3 out of their last 5 matches with a fantastic Chris Wood who ranks 2nd on the goalscorers table.

Aston Villa vs Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace visits a Villa side that's desperate for a win as their form has been bad. However, Crystal Palace currently lies in relegation places and is hoping to secure some very needed points. This should be an easy win for Aston Villa.

Bournemouth vs Brighton

6th place Brighton visits an on-fire Bournemouth side who managed to defeat both Arsenal and Manchester City. Both teams play a very entertaining brand of football, and this should be a great match to watch. Expect a lot of goals at Vitality Stadium.

Everton vs Brentford

The last 3 times these two teams faced each other, Everton came out victorious. However, Brentford’s side, led by a prolific Bryan Mbeumo, is playing great, and they are hopeful to turn things around against a struggling Everton squad.

Fulham vs Wolves

These are two defensive-minded teams. Fulham ranks 7th and has won the last 2 games they have played. On the other side, Wolves place 19th and are desperate for some points before it's too late. Fulham should win this game, but it should be a fair fight.

Now the final game of this action-packed Saturday:

Manchester City vs Spurs Kicks Off at 18:30 CET

This is easily the most appealing game of the match week as all-mighty Manchester City hopes to snap out of their losing streak against a Spurs side that has proven to be very inconsistent. The last time these two teams faced each other, we enjoyed a great game full of action, and I expect this game to be very fast-paced. Kevin De Bruyne could come back and make a huge difference for Pep Guardiola’s side.

Sunday, November 24

Southampton vs Liverpool Kicks off at 15:00 CET

Top of the table Liverpool visits last-place Southampton. Nothing else to say—Liverpool is a well-oiled machine and should beat the Saints very easily. Expect Mo Salah to be as majestic as usual.

Ipswich vs Manchester United Kicks off at 17:30 CET

United fans all over the globe are expectant to see Ruben Amorim’s debut for the Red Devils. This young manager could change the future of the club, and he is going to try to make a big impression when they visit Ipswich Town, who place 17th in the league. Expect the Red Devils to take the 3 points with little to no trouble.

Now for the final game on Monday, November 25:

Newcastle vs West Ham Kicks off at 21:00 CET

The last 3 meetings between these two teams have all had more than 3 goals, so expect a very offensive and fast-paced game. Newcastle ranks 8th and is in great shape to secure the 3 points against a struggling West Ham side.
